政府推動試辦生育事故救濟 - 聯合新聞網 Jul 27th 2011, 08:16 衛生署草擬「獎勵醫療機構辦理生育事故救濟試辦計畫」，未來產婦或新生兒在生產過程中意外死亡或重殘，可以領200萬元救濟金。衛生署副署長江宏哲表示，這是針對沒有醫療疏失的意外事故進行救濟，而非為醫師的醫療疏失護航。 衛生署推出生育事故救濟金的試行辦法，透過醫療發展基金支應，預計一年支出兩到三億元，為事故救濟法累積經驗。預計今年通過法案，明年元旦開始試辦。江宏哲說，只要醫師有醫療疏失的嫌疑，就不能適用生育事故救濟。
